How I’ve Lost 34 Pounds (and still counting…)

Last July my wight was 264 pounds which is way
too much for a 33 yrs 5.8′ guy !
I want to get down to 170 pounds so I still have
long way to go but I think the 34 pounds I’ve
lost so far is a lot.

Losing wight is not something that come suddenly,
it is a part from a change in my lifestyle, a significant
change. the trigger was the fact that 6 months ago
I’ve quit my job, after 5 years working for an ISP,
my work was 100% sitting all day at the office,
near the computer doing no workout at all and
have some munchies all day long.

Obviously, I don’t advise anyone to leave their job :-) ,
I’m just want to say that one need to have a point
of change in life and mine was quiting job since it
was time of many changes.

Since I’ve been at home I’ve started to eat home made
food instead of fast food, another thing is the fact I’ve
started to walk a lot since the car i used to have was
actually the workplace car, I’ve removed the snacks
and the unneeded munchies between the meals and
than I’ve noticed that I loss the belly fat.

The change in my diet started a short while after I’ve
quit my job. I’ve stumbled upon a small and very
useful book talking about healthy eatings, I must say
that this issue never got me before, but since my wight
was way too mush I’ve decided to give it a try.

Truth is it is much more simple that it seems, once I’ve
learned some facts about what is good and bad for
my body, I got rid of many things that was actually
killing me softly, it is a known fact that fat people are
more common with hart disease and such and loss
the belly fat is the key to avoid it.

I must say, watching the stupid commercials on TV and
on the internet buying all that “Healthy food” find out to
be real big NO NO – because most of the “Healthy Eatings”
on commercials is a one big fat lie !
For Example: most of the cereal out there is actually
sugar with cereals and once you learn that sugar is the
number 1 enemy
 you realize why you are gaining
weight no matter how much you try to loss the belly fat !

So why Sugar is Number 1 enemy of our body ?
The answer is very simple, because your body doesn’t
need it ! your body can and will produce all the sugar
it need from fruits which is naturally and there for it
can deal with it in the best way.

But, sugar from the shelf is lacking any nutritional
value
, it is just an empty calories, since we are so
used to the white crystals of the sugar we often forget
it is a processed and not natural product which our
body work very hard to dissolve, just for you to
understand here is a quick fact – in order to produce
1 pound of sugar 59 pounds of sugar canes is needed !
lets say you put 2 teaspoons if sugar in your coffee – it’s
equal to 118 teaspoons of sugar cane powder – Does
this sound wrong to you ?
and buy the way cola have 8 spoons of sugar in it…
